The Design Wardrobe website is operated on the following terms and conditions and by using the site you accept the terms and conditions which shall be interpreted according to the laws of England.
We take great care to ensure that our website accurately represents the goods but cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour as this can be influenced by your personal monitor.
We may change the terms and conditions at our discretion and by using the site after such change you agree to comply with and be bound by these.
Making a purchase
When you order an item from Design Wardrobe you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms.
You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website. You place your order for items from the website by clicking on the purchase/buy now button at the end of the online order process.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Design Wardrobe.
Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us (at the time and date of sending of the email) notifying you that we have dispatched the items ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy. The deemed time and date of receipt by you shall apply regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.

We may not accept your order if (i) an item you have ordered is out of stock, (ii) if your card is due to expire within 28 days of your purchase date (iii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or (iv) if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.
If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this.
To be eligible to purchase from this site you must be the holder of a valid debit/credit card and warrant that the personal information you are required to provide is true, accurate and current in all respects. You will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. We reserve the right to only accept orders from those over the age of 18.
Gift vouchers purchased through the site are non-refundable.

We offer UK deliveries only for free on orders £50 or over and £3.00 for orders under £50.
We know you are keen to receive your purchase and offer, as standard, a 3-5 working day delivery service for all orders going to a UK address.
We also offer a free click and collect service from our store, please select this option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, this will be held for 7 days.
While we hope that you will love every purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund. You must notify us of your refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us. Goods received outside the 28 day returns period will not be refunded. Please note this applies only to goods purchased through our online store and refunds can only be processed through this site.
Please fill in your returns form indicating which items you are returning. Place this form in the parcel with the items. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you return these via recorded delivery with insurance and retain proof of purchase with tracking number. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment within 30 days of our receiving the goods. Postage for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Read the points carefully before sending all returns:
• The item must be in a perfect, resalable condition with all labels and tags attached. We are unable to offer a refund on any goods that are marked or damaged in any way.
Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or mark(s) on the item.
• Must be tried on carpeted surfaces. Use outer packaging when returning to avoid damage to the product box. Do not apply any labels or adhesive tape directly to the product box. Items mistreated this way will be rejected.
• Design Wardrobe cannot accept returns on lingerie, pierced earrings and millinery for hygiene reasons.
• Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods. If you receive a faulty item please contact customer services quoting your order reference and details of the fault.
